They didn't want to add my neck condition because my injury occurred after I had my C&P exam, gave me 10% for both. I am awaiting counsel.

The new DBQ was filled out by civillians, but I also have concurring military medical records that match what the doctor thinks it is. I was just informed this morning that I will have a formal board on 2 March.

When I pulled up my dashboard today, it said 0 days left and everything was smooshed together and hard to read. I currently sent my ratings back for reconsideration. My peblo said its based on averages, for people who have completed those steps in the last 30 days.

Took me 46 days to get a preliminary rating from VA and PEB. Reconsideration will take another 45-60 days if you don't like your rating.

Ebenefits is only reliable if the person assigned to your case is updating it. Mine still says pending decision approval, but I have got ratings already in my hand (which I am asking for a reconsideration).
