New eas posted! March 30th so with leave and ptad I’ll most likely only be here a couple more weeks

Spoke to a VA rep today for those that were wondering severance pay isn’t taxed

I’ve signed my findings and it still doesn’t show on ebenefits. It won’t show until after you eas and everything is completely finalized. I had to wait until my peblo called saying my findings are in to find out what they were

Hmm they didn’t tell me anything like that but mine isn’t 9’d out either, I’m really hoping for it to post this week but with seeing everyone’s previous posts on here I feel like it’s going to be next week or even after that

From what I’ve seen in previous posts it should be the last paycheck but I could be wrong

Yeah I’m pretty happy with mine as well I’m definitely accepting so I can get out of here but yes it’s base pay x 2 x years in service and they round up

My findings are 10% DOD 80% VA

Oh okay good, did you ever get the VA to fax you your proposed ratings or did you not find out until you signed? Because I’ve tried calling twice and both times they won’t do it because it’s still in their system as being open

It’s so weird because all of last week it wasn’t like that I had no open claims and just the closed claim and now all of the sudden there’s this one so now apparently they aren’t done again

So I just got off the phone with the VA and they can’t send me my proposed ratings because she said my case wasn’t done on their side yet. So I look on ebenefits, I have a claim closed on Dec 8th and notification sent out and I also have another claim pending decision approval again under works...

Well congrats you finally got some news!

Here’s the number many people have used to call the PEB 202-685-6418, they should be able to tell you if they have your package still or if and when they sent it off to the VA.
