Have you tried calling the PEB yourself? I would have never known I was found unfit if it wasn’t for me calling them myself, my peblo hasn’t given me a single update without me constantly asking about it.

My claim closed on Dec 8th on ebenefits what’s the soonest anyone has been able to get the VA to fax their ratings over?

You still might be able to be out around March it really all depends on how long it takes for them to send your results to the VA after you have the exam

If you haven’t had the cardiovascular exam already done then yes it will more than likely push your date back until you have the exam and the results get sent back to them.

Yours will most likely be quicker. Mine was sent up sooner than about 4 people on this thread and they all are receiving their findings already but thank you! I hope yours moves quicker than mine

Yes they have had it since Oct 5th and when I called and asked the VA the guy completely ignored the fact that I said IDES and said they were waiting on my DD-214 and so I went to my peblo and was told they were working on it on Oct 27th but I guess didn’t finish it
