congrats man...just wish the peb would hurry up...stuff has "apperantly" been there since the 8th...i know ill get less than 30% from the dod side but i dont care i just want to get home and start school...im happy with the VA and thier 80% rating

My DAV said that the VA finished my stuff and sent it to PEB on the 8th, but my PEBLO says she doesnt see anything in the PEB system....sascha checked too...and nothing...what is going on?

Ratings as follows: 10% for my left ankle 30% for my PTSD 10% for my spine 10% for my shoulder 10% for sciatic nerve 10% for my right nakle 10% for my GERD 10% for tinnitus 0% for Migranes They are saying 80% but that is 100...am i not understanding?

they said my packet was complete and i was rated at 80%, still dont know the DOD side of the house...said they sent it to the PEB....Sascha...is this where you work your magic?

ok and did you get anything in email saying they recieved the 21-22?

Well i contacted my DAV this morning and filled out the 21-22 form so they should be looking into my stuff soon

I know but id feel better about it if it had Pending Decision approval and had Some date in may...not back in january lol

So my e bennies has changed twice...first it said review of evidence....23 Jan 2013...then on 11 April 2013 it said claim recieved...so it went backwards...i log in today and where it said Review of evidance 23 Jan 2013...it now says Pending decision approval...what is going on? is it going...

lol finally got someone on the phone...the lady sounded drunk...and she didnt give me anything..i think im more confused now than before i called...she told me because im not a veteran...she has no info for me...

so...the dod % determines your monthly pay? i always was told that if you get less than 30% VA then you got severance...if you got more than 30% you got a monthy check that was based off what your VA % was...am i wrong?
