Just wondering if anyone here knows what happens after a determination has been made on a reconsideration. Is it just a matter of the results going back to PEB then to peblo? Anyone have any idea on how long the process is after VA sends the results back?

Thanks for the advice. I really dont like the fact that for a VARR the PEB gets to decide if the VA sees my request or not. Asking for the VA to reconsider a rating should have nothing to do with the PEB other than maybe them being notified that the request had been submitted.

Im being boarded for CFS. The only way to rate it is based on either impact to daily activity or incapacitation periods. The qtc doc condensed the impact from two paragraphs down to two sentences and managed to contradict himself in those two sentances.

Peblo didnt know I was found unfit untill he got notified of the my proposed ratings. Called the va guy that set up my appointments for qtc about 60 days after the appointments and he let it slip that I was found unfit.

Yes it is an unfitting condition and I do not wish to contest the unfit finding as I am unfit and dont wish to take up a position that an able body person could hold.
