everyones different. Im basically in the same shoes as you with 22 claims. I don't know how long it will take but hopefully we hear something soon

False, in October the VA and DOD changed their system. From now on, your claim will be sent to the VA only after you were found unfit. So PEB complete then VA starts ratings.

Well it’s been actually with the VA since July. But it got sent back to the VA, I was in step 6 or 5. Secondary rate. Then in October it got taken back to Ides then sent back. I was found unfit

Yeah mine was sent to the VA on October 7th. I’ll keep you guys updated. But with the holidays coming. I don’t see it happening until after December maybe even February. As shitty as it sounds.

That is correct, talked to my VA rep last week. He said in October the process changed. It used to go “VA, DOD, VA” Now the Dod finds you unfit, then it goes to the VA for ratings, they give the dod a proposed rating and that’s what your dod rating is for the specific event that happened. And...

Good news and bad news boys and girls. According to my VA rep, the VA only starts looking at your claims until after the peb finds you unfit. Just started this process last month. good luck everyone

You're a month behind me; all updates I have received are that I'm unfit. Assuming you didn't put 24 VA claims like me, your case might move faster or slower. Don't take everyone's case here and compare it to your own. My lawyer told me three weeks ago I should have my ratings. But here I am...
