I signed my NARSUM shortly before you and 8 days later was found unfit by the IPEB. Not sure if the new system is fully up and running but I have seen people on this forum, as well as in my unit, getting their 199's and such.

Probably the second option. I'm on day 26 of waiting on VA ratings. I was lucky in that my unfit came back after only 8 days. Let's hope the backlog doesn't get too bad..

I'm really hoping for that. The narsum also made note that the conditions are stable and not expected to change in the next 5 years so I think that's what is needed for PDRL.

Yes I do have copies of my c&p. My ROM falls in the 20% range for lumbar spine and my knees should be 10% each. This forum has taught me quite a bit and I'm very thankful for it!

Nope... still waiting on my narsum. Apparently they sent some out to Ft Stewart to help eliminate the backlog and mine was in that batch. I have a note on Tricare online that says the narsum was produced but that was 11 days ago. I'm getting antsy. Glad yours is moving though!!
