They have not lifted the 6 year limit yet. Waiting on guidance from the DoD. Rudisill took 8 months for the VA to comply, expect similar with Soto ruling. I advise waiting.

The services are not applying the Soto decision and eliminating the 6 year limit YET!! They are waiting on further guidance from the DoD. So please calm down. Take a breath. Don’t cash any checks you haven’t received. It’s coming. I think a waste to lawyer up, file appeals, reconsiderations...
