That’s interesting lol, yea I’m not sure I was found unfit like 2 months ago and VA sent stuff on the Aug 8th. The VA said they were on the last step for approval for when I get out as well.

Planning on it, if I don’t get a reply by tomorrow afternoon I’m gonna call legal office again. It’s been like 4 months now of nothing.

Yea the only people I could get a hold of was the legal office last week and they said the findings PEBLO retired so the PEBLOs were doing it now. She said everything was done though for me… So now I’m like what’s going on don’t want my case sitting on a shelf collecting dust

I emailed and called straight to voicemail lol and no email reply in 3 days.

I’m not sure why mine is taking so long everything is done apparently….

Anyone in the navy or marines in Virginia Area? Just curious to see what everyone’s timelines are.

Is the 199 the document for findings? Active duty isn’t able to submit claims before MEB/PEB. The process for you could be a little different. The VA should send a proposed ratings decision letter.

On the VA app and from Legal I got most of the information. They weren’t tracking my stuff for a while it seems as well. I’m not sure what their process is. I think it’s different in every branch.

So that means my case has been at QA for 6 weeks.

Got accepted to PEB July 5th and VA sent ratings back August 8th. Found unfit August 30th but that timeline confuses me because how did I get VA before fitness determination, so idk what’s the hold up. Hopefully this is the week.

Oh, I already got the % and monthly amount. They sent me a claim letter in the mail. I was talking about the final amount not the proposed ratings for when you get out.

Honestly I think to, sometimes the facilites take a week or two to process the findings. I just called last week and they said like everything was done. I was already found unfit over a month and an half ago and the VA sent everything back on 8 AUG. I even called the VA and they said they had...

Mine was closed on 8/08/23 and was accepted to the PEB on 7/05/23. We’re probably both in the same boat.
