I’m getting approx $3,100. I am receiving 90% from the VA and my retirement pay will offset the difference. I am not getting both because I did not retire at 20 years and I am not eligible for CRSC.

Hi, I got rated 70% VA for PMDD and PTSD. The thing that helps is psychotherapy and medication. Tracking my period also helps a lot because I know when the onset of my PMDD starts. I do let people know that I am on my PMS on steroid week. They tend to take it seriously rather than say PMDD.
