I haven't been able to get to finance yet, but ill be there Monday. DFAS has consistently been rude to me even though everytime I am very respectful and professional, they still refuse to give me an explanation. I spoke with the DFAS supervisor at Lewis and he told me MONDAY I would be paid...

Awesome, thank you. Last pay I received was on 1 nov. They (DFAS) started work on my stuff on 11 dec. The person I spoke with said no jan 1 pay because it "takes 30-60 days from when they start" which is completely different than the "30 days from the day they get my paperwork"

I would agree with that and he has, all have concurred with the VA saying he can be 90% TDIU.

Benefits for Spouse when Veteran is not allowed to work

Right, which I said other. I know you're trying to help but you're just speculating. I wasn't asking for him, but for spouse benefits. His SSDI claim is in, that takes time, he appealed his VA claim awhile back, but that also takes time. I didn't want to list unnecessary things and get everyone...

Benefits for Spouse when Veteran is not allowed to work

I know this is going to be vague, but a friend of mine is 90% VA after a medical retirement from the Army and is not allowed to work based on his disabilities. I've advised him to visit this site but we all know sometimes people just get lazy or whatever you want to call it.. He is going to...
