How long was that after you signed off on your NARSUM?

VES was my vendor. After the exam, they go through a QA process with other medical staff. Once completed they transmit to the VA and you are able to see them in TOL.

Call the contractor and ask if the DBQs were sent to the VA. I was told they would be on Genesis through the process but they posted on TricareOnline any where from 2 days to 2 months after the exam was completed.
