    UNFAIR RATING. APPEAL/FPEB. HELP!!

It is very hard to receive 30% for a back problem alone without an integrity violation since it is purely mechanics that determine your rating. If you want to fight for your card you need to demand a formal board and try for other disabilities to be found unfit and get off-post doctors to write...

    Asthma rating question

I'm currently trying to have Asthma added to my disqualifiers and it was explained to me by my provider and an MEB attorney that its fairly hard to have it be a disqualifier. It has to keep you from completing a 2 mile run. Somehow this is fairly hard to prove.

Call FT. Lewis about Appeal for radiculopathy.

I have a +1 on the P. longus, FDL, and EHL. His conclusion states: Electromyographic findings demonstrate active left L5 verses S1 Radiculopathy. I favor L5 radiculopathy in this patient who clinically seems to have an active radiculopathy with positive straight leg raise, ongoing numbness...

    FastTrack denied full IPEB begins

I had to fight from day one to have nerve pain added. I have a good Pueblo who helped me work it out. You have to push to have it added as a seperate condition from the start or you will end up in an appeal like so many people on this forum.

Call FT. Lewis about Appeal for radiculopathy.

I received the call about 10 days ago. Based on my experience so far, as close you are now I believe it's to late for the program to work for you. I suppose to talk to her again next Wednesday. So it will be a few weeks to get the ball rolling. I had a soldier just get back from her formal to...

    BALL OF CONFUSION!!!!!!

Go look at 38 CFR Schedule of ratings. Typically if you have symptoms for 50% or 70% then you should be rated as such. Rating should be given for the highest percent, and when there is questions about it going higher it should be given to the soldiers favor. I've seen several people complete the...

My rating for back and radiculopathy- Starting my appeal

Since I'm in FLW I have to wait for a lawyer from Lewis to have my case assigned to them. I was told that would take atleast 6 weeks. My radiculopathy is rated seperatly so I was told to do a VAR and a formal at the same time Theres a chance the VAR could possibly fix the situation without a formal.
