    My package was received by the VA on 1/30/2018 and the claim closed on 2/09/2018 and sent back to the PEB. When I was on my 1st PEB which ended last May, it took about 45 days at that stage.

    Navycop if you don't mind me asking, what was your back condition? I am on my second PEB for my back and was originally rated at 10%. This time around, after another surgery, my attonery is telling me it should be 40%. My case was sent to the VAFebruary 1 to have my conditions rated.
