I got 50 for mental health and 20 for my foot yet I have crps which is a nevere condition and a broken navicular bone still that womt heal and they wont do surgery on which causes me to not be able to go back to my construction job

I got my ratings back today I got 70%VA 60% DOD TDRL Wondering if I should fight for PDRL and higher ratings for my injury to my foot

Finally some movement on my case Oct 8th 1630 Va.gov case closed so I'm hoping ill hear some ratings soon

Mine just changed on eben to preperation for decision

Does anyone know how long it takes to find out your ratings sent case up to IPEB the 27 Aug , I called the va they said the received my paperwork on the 11 Sep and they stated that a rating official started working the case on the 26 SEP

I'm still waiting too we are both in the exact same boat

well I just got off the phone with the VA they said they sent a request on Aug 11th asking for separation date and my dd214 I asked who they sent that too but he wasn't sure and my EBenefits says pending claim approval

how did you find out that they sent the proposed ratings to PEB

is that where all the cases go through in that VA in providence? I'm in the Air guard in Ohio if that matters

How was you informed that you was found unfit by PEB? Also how do you find out when the Va received the package

its starting to move faster and I'm hoping everything works out, more upset that they found more issues with me, guess we will have to find out when that time comes... that's a long time to be in the fit/unfit stage

Who is your PEBLO, I am also in process of MEB and I go to WPAFB I live about 30min away from the Base, I meet with the VA guy tomorrow
