Correct. My PEBLO told me that it could take 90-120 days and expect an email from Tonjua Howard. It's past that expected timeframe.

I appreciate this. MH/PTSD for many of us got so bad because we lost faith in therapists; Why would we seek yet more possible MH damage by therapists that are strangers in the civilian world that may exacerbate things? Thanks, Chaps

I was wondering if you could post an update to your TDRL re-examination. I was put on a TDRL (Combat PTSD) last year and this Covid situation really put a wrench in those of us that had therapy in Active Duty. If not, then I respect your privacy. Best of luck.

Opinion/Observation: Therapy has been incredibly difficult to obtain during Covid due to the increase in patient load and lack of response for acceptance of new patients. Here at Virginia Beach, locally, I have only been able to find ONE therapist that does office visitations.
