good morning. Today my PEBLO told me that my IPEB file was completed and is only awaiting signature. Typically how long have others seen this waiting period be for the signature? She said she expects it soon, but I am curious what others are seeing. Thanks for any help in advance!

As a Career Counselor I totally understand, however it has been over well over 60 days since I signed the NARSUM and much longer since I had my last appointment. I think at this point it’s a lost cause hoping it will naturally work itself out.
