On the document I found it says that a copy has been sent to my PEBLO so you could try checking with yours and see if they've received anything.

My PEBLO handled it all for me, but I did have to wait until after my NARSUM to submit it.

Depending on how much it needs to be delayed and how far into it they are, I would speak with the PCM and ask them to delay since they're the ones that will refer them. Also, you can do a rebuttal to the MEB and an appeal to the PEB which will add on time.

First question would be why exactly do you want to delay it?

Received 199 04 Feb 2022 Still reviewing and haven't accepted yet, but PEBLO said I'd probably pop on notification roster by next week then be on transition leave within the next 3 weeks or so.

Do you have a second claim on VA that was opened and closed same day? My original claim still says pending, but this document was associated with the second closed claim and only appeared recently.
