Try calling MNCC 1-833-330-6622. Ask if they can see where your orders are and get the case number. Call your admin and/or psd, give them the case number and tell them your situation and ask if they can expedite your orders. The case number helped for me because admin and psd said they both...

From what the guy at MNCC told me is that admin sent it to PSD and PSD is suppose to be the ones generating the orders, not sure if that’s how it works. It’s stressful, I’ll let you know what PSD says tomorrow.
