The process has just started to speed up for me. I was initially referred to the MEB Nov 2010. My unit just had their hands in everything and slowed the process down. I called VA (1-800-827-1000) and the rep told me my packet is in phase 2 which is decision phase... Next will be notification...

Yes, I am part of the pilot program. VA is doing the rating and will send a "proposed" rating to the PEB so they can concur and then I get it to decide if I am going to appeal or sign it as is. I wonder how much longer now that the PEB has their findings.

Called my PEBLO today. He said he got a copy of my "unfit" memo which was forwarded to VA. The letter was dated 16 Aug. The VA go the packet on 19 Aug. Now I just hope VA doesn't take more then a month to rate me.
