I signed my findings Dec 28th my case has not been closed for a new EAS. This is due to a case audit from the PEB does anyone know how long that normally takes my PEBLO says she has no idea how long it will take? It's been over 30 days so far.

I asked my PEBLO she said it's still being audited. My next child is going to be born in a week and I have no timeframe to plan. This really sucks.

Asked my PEBLO for another update she said "I have no timeline" all this just to receive a new EAS. Over a month and MMSR4 still doesn't have my package.

As of now it's been just under 4 weeks since signing and my case still is not closed with the PEB. No EAS anytime soon it seems

So after signing I figured it's been a while so maybe I should check why I haven't gotten my EAS. Apparently my case was audited and has not been closed to get a new eas. Has anyone here been audited and knows how long it takes my PEBLO said she has "no timeline"

If you are awaiting EAS update please comment your signed findings date and when it updates post again. My signed date was DEC 28th.

I signed 28 DEC so I will probably get a new EAS in 7 more days. Also did you have leave saved up?

Update: I Called MSR4 today they said their diary team that updates the EAS has not done it yet and it will take about 4 weeks which is frustrating because I would like to know my EAS sooner.

When did you sign? Also I believe you submit the dd214 to the VA

Signed findings on Dec 28th I will be updating this thread with updates on getting out so people after me will know what they need to do

I recieved findings 28 Dec im expecting a new eas around MID January
