Well the only option there is is to get out in less then 45 days, which i did not take. I have 55 days of leave plus the 20 ppty. They said 4 weeks to get orders back, this friday will be 3 weeks ill keep you posted on what happens. I'm also USAF and went through IDES. Darren

Just hang in there it should be soon. The V.A finished my findings and sent them back to AFPC on Dec 13th and I didnt get the call from my PEBLO till Jan10th. Look in this forum under case timelines for more info. Also I signed everything on the 13th of Jan and still no orders yet.

Just an update. I had the C5-6-7 fusion last wednesday, man it was rough. I was put on con leave for 45 days and just waiting for my retirement orders to come now. Thank you to everyone on here helping me through the way. Darren

I think you are right from what Jason has said about this to me, I'm in the same boat. You will get the 50% rather then the 40% if you are forced out. If I ever get my results back I will let you know.
