My P3 was submitted in Feb, and my first appointment with my PEBLO was in Mar. I received my 199 last week. I haven’t signed it and have been told that Formal Boards are approximately 90 days out.

I received my P3 in Feb, and I didn't get a call from my Peblo until May. I just waited until someone reached out. I think mine was waiting for the approving official to sign off on the P3 profile.
