I kept calling for a while too and they kept telling me its in decision phase and then eventually they said its been assigned a proposed rating. Apparently before they assign a proposed rating, its some step they are waiting for in the ides process that they wouldn’t tell me what specifically...

Yeah I would just call myoptumserve and ask about the status of your DBQ's being uploaded. They're usually very nice and willing to let you know everything they can see. When you're finished with all of your exams, they then will be sent to the va to start their process.
