I’m in phase 0 for that reason. I talked to my PCM about waiting until NET 180 out from 20 years just to play it safe. We’re looking at starting the process here in about a month. Not sure what it’s going to look like at Campbell, but that blurb you got is reassuring

That bit about being within 120 days of 20 years is gold. Is that from the day you received the 199? I’m at 19 and 5 months, been trying to make sure I don’t find myself out at 19 and 11.9 months if this were to go too fast
