I have a question a friend of mine just received 50% DOD and 80% va as proposed. Now they didn't have his sleep appnea on there. Is there a "quick" way to get that condition added to his ratings? Thanks all

All I have done so far is the written appeal. I am wait to hear back from that. Monday I am going to call some SSDI lawyers and see what there thoughts are.

Should I wait to contact a lawyer till after the written appeal is finished? I almost think it is a good idea to get the ball rolling so if or most likely when it comes back not approved it will help expedite my claim. Thanks all

Got my SS letter today that I am not qualified for this benefit. They said that I can get a less physical and low stress with limited access to the public.

I got a great call from the VA they told me the money I earned for march is in the treasury and that I will be receiving that here shortly. Also my regular pay will be on the 1st of may. Everything is falling in place finally.

Just got paid from my retirement prorated pay. I am a little confused because I has my va pay start date April 1st. What should I expect from the VA pay, 3 months from April 1st.

Got a letter from the va today pay starts tomorrow which is great considering I separated on the 12th. Some how my wife is not on the pay but that is a easy fix.

There was nothing in the VA payment side. Having it say complete on my ebenefits and that a letter has been sent out means that I will be getting paid here soon?

My ebenefits has them sending me a letter from the VA today and that everything is complete. I am hoping that I will be getting paid on the 1st of April, most likely you are right and may 1st. That still will be great.
