    final DoD and VA ratings

so the VA botched my exams of course. ROM for cervical and lumbar spine were low balled, and Doc didn;t document any painful motion. I wrote the letter, and got correct ROM documented from my PT. Everything was sent to AFPC. Thanks to this forum and my not letting the VA get away with it I...

    Received VA rating

wow thats a lot of helpful info in a nutshell, thanks. I was diagnosed with and have a CPAP. VA really messed my ROM on my back and neck so I got PT to document my true ROM. Pain wasn't noted in many condition so I wrote a letter explaining all errors prior to submitting. Everything I did was...

    Received VA rating

unfitting referred conditions were lower back condition w/rad, cervical condition w/rad, left carpel tunnel, right cubital tunnel, and for some reason they had my sleep apnea on there too. If I'm 100% VA can I still work at least part time if my condition improves?

    Received VA rating

Well my PEBLO just called and I was told my VA rating just came back 100% overall. But she said they didnt put in anything for my DoD rating. I was pretty surprised. I was expecting maybe 90 but not 100.

    lowerback,shoulder and nerve pain combo

I may have screwed up. I did an IMR and had my cervical DDD w/arthritis added to my NARSUM. It now shows lumbar DDD and bulging discs, carpal and cubital tunnel, and then the cervical addition. I asked repeatedly why wasnt radiculapathy from my neck and back added seperately. All I could get...

    lowerback,shoulder and nerve pain combo

So Doc asked if I ever get dizzy. I said that some times while backing up my truck. Its kinda like when you get up too fast and everything goes black for a second or two. Long story short they ultra-sound my neck, and find that one carotid artery is blocked 50% and other 70%. I have a follow up...

    lowerback,shoulder and nerve pain combo

Do I have a say in whether they include the nerve pain (associated with my back issues) along with the referred conditions? Or do I just have to wait it out and see?

    lowerback,shoulder and nerve pain combo

I haven't seen my NARSUM yet. I have my first VA appt this week. The way I understand it, I review the NARSUM, then request additions of what I believe it should include. If that doesn't work then I can get an impartial review?

    lowerback,shoulder and nerve pain combo

Talked with my peblo last week. Looks like my referred conditions are my back, carpal tunnel, and cubital tunnel. I should also be able to get my bilateral leg pain into the mix. Forward flexon is terrible. Everytime I get to about what I guess is 30 degrees I get shooting pain down the legs. I...

    lowerback,shoulder and nerve pain combo

Update: So EMG shows carpal tunnel in left hand, but no nerve damage in right hand, and no nerve damage in either leg. Neurologist says maybe neuropathy in legs? Neurologist cannot find any ankle jerk reflexs in either foot and boy did she try. Orth says right ulnar nerve snaps when I extend...
