Did you give the VA your DD-214?

No it didn't, when I called my VA rep he just told me to bring my DD-214 in and that more that likely I will be P&T. But of course I won't know until it is all said and done.

So I just received my DD-214 after 20 years and 1 day I went through a MEB and my code is Disability/Permanent PDRL. My question is the VA gave me 100 Disability, but I am not for sure if I am P&T because my official last day isn't until 31 Oct I am on terminal leave. Do I wait to find out or...

I had mine since August 2016 and it's a lifesaver, yes I have been on the ship but not since having the device. Since having the device implanted I have been on desk duty I'm about to retire in four months I hit my 20 years and I'm done.

I have one implanted for my bladder as well, I just finished my PEB and for everything was found unfit and for VA I received 100%. For DOD I received 40% PDLR, but for my bladder the VA only gave me 20%.

That's what I thought also. I was surprised that they found me unfit., with an approved retirement date.

So submit a VARR even though I know my percentage for my disease is already going to be maxed out. Just asking because I don't want them to reject it and try to lower me.
