Did you fail the BCA as well as the PRT while active duty? If so, I could see some sort of chapter but not a MED Board for that.

From what I was told Wednesday by my PEBLO, PDA is making a major push and is asking for all outstanding packets to be pushed to them.

Update I got a call finally from peblo Ratings are able to be signed tomorrow 50% DOD, 90% VA. TDRL.

Finally Got VA proposed ratings in the mail on Saturday the 6th. Looks like it was the one sent on 18th July. 90%.

VA Ratings are supposed to be 7-10 business days to you via mail.

Mine completed 18 July and I still haven't seen them. I called VA and they sent out a new copy

Why wouldn't they have caught that at the NARSUM? Best wishes to you man, I had a problem with the Independent review. Apparently there was a thunderstorm that "erased" the write up and cost me an additional 3 weeks.

Update I called VA as it had been 13 days awaiting the Mail Proposed Ratings. They confirmed my address then proceeded to tell me they could only mail out a new letter.
