I was recently medically retired from the Marine Corps at 15 yrs active duty (not combat-related). The PEB rated me at 40%. I am currently being evaluated by the DVA for C&P. If I am rated at 50% by the DVA, will I rate additional compensation? TRose10000

Hello, I just wanted to say Hello. I'm a 41-yr-old Marine that just underwent my 2nd back surgery (fusion L4-5). My recovery hasn't gone as well as expected and it seems highly likely that I will be discharged. I joined this forum in order to learn about the VA diability program.
