plantar faciitis

Hello everyone I'm new here, AD Army with 9 years and 8 months TIS I have a few questions Anyone recently got discharge for plantar fasciitis? What would be the DOD rating for plantar fasciitis? Is it true that i can add multiple unfitting condition to get a DOD rating higher?
