I just uploaded a copy of the AR 15-6 investigation prompted by the Soldier who secretly recorded his appointment with his MEB doctor. This is the link to the AR 15-6 Army Investigation into Misdiagnosis of PTSD.

I find this interesting for several reasons. First, it shows that there were clear errors in the Soldiers Narrative Summary. The doctor basically acknowledges errors in history (misstating financial, legal and marital difficulties). But probably more interesting is the evidence of pressure from the PEB to change diagnosis and the lack of training for MEB personnel (this is not supposed to happen as, by statute, all personnel are to receive training).

I will have follow-up comments as time permits.

I think this is great (as far as the Army investigating it). The soldier did an awesome thing recording. The sad thing is this goes on everyday for so many. Hopefully it brings about some reform to the MEB/PEB systems. Hopefully!
