Awaiting signature on da 199

My case is at the PEB. My PEBLO told me what my DOD rating is, already know my VA. She said it’s written and can see it but it is awaiting final approval.

Question is, how freakin long does this take? It’s been sitting in that same status for 3 weeks.

Can my DOD ratings change during that stage?

Thanks - just tired of waiting and anxious as hell to sign it and get orders.
