Brief psychotic disorder

In feb 2023 I went to the ER for extreme exhaustion. I spent the night and was gone in less than 12 hours. The diagnosis was altered mental state. My command from there did a MHE on me and the navy doctor diagnosed me with brief psychotic disorder. I was then referred to a MEB. I do not want to be on a board and I do not believe I had a brief psychotic episode. I was extremely tired and acting unusual. Does anyone have a recommendations? I am trying to avoid being boarded all together. Has anyone been labeled with a brief psychotic disorder and able to beat it?
