I had over 35 years in the National Guard. Was at drill and had a stroke. Had line of duty investigation and was found in the LOD. Did the MEB and PEB and was given a 50% disability. This was in 2005 and I was 56 years of age at the time. I am now 66 years old. The VA rated me as IU (100%).
My Retiree Account Statement reads as follows:
Gross Pay.............$ 2395.00
VA Waiver............. 1398.00
SBP Cost............... 155.81
Net Pay................. 841.19
Since the VA has me rated at 100% I thought I should have no VA Waiver. Can you explain? Tell me what to do.
