Have you seen your Medical Person in your NG unit? Gather your medical docs and see them and ask for what forms to submit a LOD.

im on base atm
So the base itself isn't probably going to be able to help you. I would call the unit you are assigned to and ask them for help. Most base personnel wont have the information you need since they are all active duty.

One more thing to add. If you are still at OCS or BST then it would be on your unit at the training post to process you out. Might be LDES instead of IDES if you are there. Though if they tell you that you need LOD that is most likely through your unit back home.

LOD's won't be done by active duty bases as that is a strictly a NG/Reserves thing.

what are ldes
Integrated disability evaluation system or legacy disability evaluation system. They are the processes for which you get kicked out due to being medically unfit to serve. If done while in training like Basic Training or OCS its typically LDES which is the old system where you don't go to any VA appointments or anything. They look at your medical issues and decide whether to kick you out or not. If they kick you out they decide if the medical issue was preexisting or not and whether to give you a one time severance check or medically retire you.

This is confusing as i have been through Therapy for months and i still have this issue and it looks like they are al concerned about getting me home

There isn't much that can be done other than to continue to seek treatment. Make sure your unit has your medical records if seeing someone outside of the military. If you need a profile for your condition make sure to submit a profile packet for restrictions while on orders or drilling.

You have no control otherwise. Just have to keep getting treated and show up to NG functions.
