Who would I need to contact to help get my discharge changed from an GUH to a Med any names or numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Heath

Good Afternoon, I'm currently serving in the army national guard reserves for 18 years. My medboard was kicked back for my Neck/back. I submitted LOD'S sworn statements, letters from witnesses and medical notes from the VA. They are saying that I meet the retention standards for my neck/back and PTSD/TBI. All these medical conditions happened when I was in Active Duty(OIF 2004-2005). I'm currently 100% SC. Medcom wants to grant me a medical separation but not a medical retirement. I need guidance please.
