Narsum and qtc don't match

Hey thank you for your time. To make a long story short I received my Narsum and qtc results back and they don't match up

On the narasum it states
aROM followed by 3 sets of numbers that are completely inconsistent with my qtc exam results. (Narsum states that my rom is far better than my Qtc Exams found) I went back to my pcm and stated the inconsistencies and he said that it's not an important piece and not to worry but those are the numbers from my record. To my recollection I've never had a ROM test until the qtc exams. Feeling confident they would take a good look at my qtc exams I signed my packet to be sent Friday. I started feeling uneasy about it yesterday and now I'm not sure if I set myself up for failure. Any input would be amazing thank you in advance

I can't really comment on what your next actions should be but I have my C&P Exams this week and that is my BIGGEST fear in this whole process. My PCM is the "if you're breathing it's not that bad" kinda doctors so I think he's going to take what QTC reported and make it seem not as bad. I'm not sure if you would be able to appeal it later since you signed that NARSUM already? I'm really not sure how it works, I'm just waiting for someone with advice to reply, too. lol

You should be OK. When the VA rates the condition they use the results from the QTC exam. I would have made them fix the NARSUM though.
