Any Navy recently go through a FPEB? I’m trying to gauge how long it took to get findings after the hearing. Specifically after the October shutdown. Thank you!

Also following this. From what I am gauging from other forms, it could be as soon as 20 days or as long as 180 days, depending.
That’s a big gap my PEBLO said 2-3 months, my attorney said that’s a bit excessive and said for my case specifically potentially 1 month it’s been 21 days since my formal.
From what I have seen regarding my clients and comparing notes with other civilian and military counsel, the answer really depends on your branch of service. The Navy averages about 3-5 weeks; the Air Force and Army are typically much quicker, often providing results within days after an FPEB. The Coast Guard timeframe really depends on the complexity of the case.
Thank you for the info! I would think the Navy would be just as fast as the other branches. I was proposed an “offer” prior to my hearing in which I declined and went through the hearing but doesn't the 3 personal vote on the outcome after the hearing? I guess I just don’t know the exact process after the hearing.
That’s wild. I’m sorry that you don’t have a date yet I requested a formal hearing and my letter came 5 days later for my formal hearing. Hopefully you hear something soon! Where are you located?
I'm also going through mine at JBPHH.... I'm praying for at least a board date this week. I get less confident every time I speak with my peblo. I don't think she is doing nothing but j don't think she's proactive either....she told me my stuff was going to the IPEB on a certain date and I watched limdusmart for like another ten days and finally had to hit her up and said, its still waiting for final signature and she kind of said "...oh".
I explicitly asked my PEBLO again today and she said it's been taking about a month (I presume she meant to get the board memo....but that definitely doesn't track with your experience.) I responded and said I know she can only give me averages, but asked if I could specify average time to receive the board memo, how long after the memo date the board is typically scheduled for, and then how long after THAT she is seeing board determination come in. Is your PEBLO a woman with the initials GE? I believe there are only 3 for JBPHH.
I request a formal board 19 March and received and email from legal in DC on the 24th saying my board was 16 April. Legal office told me it’s taking about 10 days to get a board date.
