Oxygen use

So I was reading thru the respiratory list and was wondering if it was true that home oxygen therapy/use constitutes a 100% rating. Sounds to simple for the VA and if it is true, what is considered home use (number of hours used ?)

That is the rating system. I use oxygen for as needed with exertion, but the fact that I am prescribed oxygen at all contributed to my 100%. Once a year you have to demonstrate continued need, which is usually pretty easy if you do actually need it. I use mine with exercise, and light yard work, but do not use it 24/7. Best of luck.
