My name is Jeremy. Just learned of this law. I am having a hard time finding info on how I get this process started. FIRST STEP TO TAKE, LAWYER TO CONTACT, DAV? I was medboarded at 10% in 2009 for arthritis. That was the least of my issues but that's what I was told "fit" all my issues best. Achilles rupture, ankle damage, muscle atrophy, etc.

Yes, I have already tried that and haven't turned up anything definitive for navy. I came across something but it only refers to discharges such as OTH corrections and the like. Nothing about medical retirement and adjusting that. So, if anyone knows about that I'm still here lol. Thanks
