What's up guys, gotta question for y'all. If you appealed your initial PEB decision, how long did you wait for the board to accept it reject your request(s)?

My counsel said it's been taking about 4 weeks to hear anything back if the request(s) are valid and reasonable. My FPEB date is at the end of October and if I'm honest, I'm not waiting that long...

I had my meeting with legal this afternoon, was told my appeal will be submitted next week once all documents are in order, and it should take roughly a month to hear back. So its likely around that range. I was told if I did a formal board though it would be in November or December.

January: Formal board scheduled for mid-June
January - March: Gathered additional evidence - saw a specialist, got personal statements, etc.
March: Appeal sent in
June (one week before formal board): Appeal approved, formal board cancelled
