If found Unfit by the formal board while pregnant can they process and pregnant woman out involuntarily? My service obligation to the Navy ends 2013. Right now pregnancy is considered an operational deferment which is very similar (if not the same) as being on limited duty. I just want to know if Formal board overrides all else. Any information on this topic would be appreciated and an instruction reference. Thanks!
