Request medboard

Is there a way to request a medboard? Was injured from a fall, been going through physical therapy, received cortisone steroid shots, etc. Recently it has acted up and I'm ready to throw in the towel. Since I have a followup appointment soon, can I just ask to be boarded?

You can't request a Med Board it is up to your PCM if they feel you need a Med Board started or not
