I'm so interested in trying to find out how often the TDRL message comes out. I have access to message traffic at my large command for when I stand CDO, but when I search, I can only see a PDRL/TDRL message from March 23 and 24th (one on each day). I'm surprised I can't see ANY other ones, though I'm not sure how far back OIX searches because it's absolutely the most busted-ass site the Navy uses. Some googling indicates it comes out weekly or bi-weekly, but also indicates it might come in like a restricted CUI/PII folder that only select people can access. I also have a CPPA account in NSIPS, but I don't think that will help in any way except to see if actual orders have dropped. I'm about to take 30 days of PTDY and will be waiting to see if/when my message is released while I'm gone, and I don't trust my command at ALL to monitor and notify me.
