So my peblo has no idea what I'm talking about. She also said my ebenefits is more up to date than her system. Her advice was to talk with the VA. I can't get ahold of anyone from the VA right now so no idea still.

WTH, albeit I am not surprised of the response!

Indeed, please continue your contact with DoVA at this point; the truth shall come to light for sure in my opinion! ;)

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

Turns out that the state disability determination put an erroneous code on my claim and determined I did not have enough credits for SSDI However, I do have enough. The ssa rep sent my claim bac hopefully it doesn't take long for a decision .

All right! Oh yes, progress for sure! :D

Hmm, at this point, I forecast a favorable forthcoming "disabled" determination by the State DDS then approved for SSA SSDI disability compensation benefits in my opinion! :)

Best Wishes!

Hmm...was checking MyPay my W2 form and checked out my end of month LES. Seems my ETS date has already been to July 2014. Don't ever recall signing anything to that effect.

I have a question for anyone with experience with a VARR- how often does the VA request additional exams when you do this?

VA told me today that my rating should be done and give them two weeks. After that u need to contact them 172 days va 245 total.

So I finally got movement on my case. Over 260 days waiting on ratings. Here is the thing though. They say "we need more evidence" They have a damn comp n pen exam in there system! So whats the damn issue? So I sent them the progress notes, my perm profile, and some other VA doctor letters stating my PTSD. They are such crooks and try to discourage people from counting there journey to receive compensation. Bout to drive to Seattle and throat punch someone.

Understand your anger and frustration but them needing more evidence maybe in your best interest, because it's possible that they didn't ask for the additional evidence and rated you based off what they already had and you get a rating less than what you deserved then you would've been waiting even longer doing a reconsideration.

Just a thought

I wish the ratings would hurry up, my unit is making me go on a FTX. I don't care what my 199 says in signing it and getting out of here asap. Being separated from my wife and daughter makes waiting so much harder. Im at day 108 for ratings.

If the FTX violates your P3 don't go, your COC should know better. I hope your rating analog with mine and everyone else's gets done ASAP. GL

Once it pending decision it's supposed to take 2 weeks I've been there almost 3 I want my 199

Everyone is different, thinking its 2 weeks till complete @ pending decision will only stress you out when 2 weeks hit and still no ratings

I talked to my DAV rep today and finally found out that my case had been assigned to a rater on 2 January.

unfit memo was 2 october; 117 days waiting on ratings. still in "gathering evidence", "evidence requested, past due"

Changed my mind on the VARR today and signed my 199. I'm satisfied.

Well I requested a FPEB based on the in accuracies of the C&P notes that did not match up to my medical records. Seems the original C&P doctor seemed to use a premade template for everyone he examined. Said doctor is not longer employed by the C&P process.

what made you change your mind

It's a bit complicated but my wife and I talked and were satisfied with the 30% that the IPEB gave me. The VA messed up something during my initial exams but to wait 3+ months on a VARR wouldn't be worth it because if they did give me an additional 10% for that condition my total rating still would have only been 30% (since 10+10+10+10=30% in VA math). I'll get it fixed once I get out.

This isn't really the right forum for this, but question- is High 36 pay computed by averaging the last 36 months of pay? Or is it the average of the 3 highest base pay amounts you made in the last 3 years?

Add up your pay over the last 36 paychecks, divide by 36.

Yeah I understand what your saying engineer. I uploaded my VA progress notes and all my other evidence on ebennies. I also mailed them hard copies with my Va response telling them to go ahead and rate my claim off of what they have.

I already wrote my congressman and did an IRIS inquiry last week and still haven't heard anything back yet. I'm thinking about going to my Regional VARO and I guess DAV office next week. Would they be able to help find out anything? My Claim is at Seattle and they are in Denver.
