So my question is on my ebenefits when it went to under review last week sometime, I noticed on the claim itself I see they added my dependents on there at the bottom of all of my conditions. Is this normal, has anyone else seen this or experienced this? Just want to know if it is something they do at a certain step or what.
Mine did the same thing, so right now your ratings at the VA are done. If you are on the same time line as me, you are waiting for the MSC at the PEB to download them and create your DA 199. My PEB Supervisor was able to see my overall rating from the VA but not the individual breakdown due to it not being downloaded into another system. But based on the IDES timeline, the PEB has 12 days to get the DA 199 to your PEBLO for you to review

It shouldn't, I got my DA 199 today, I got 20% DOD and 100% VA, and my claim was done at the VA on the 26th of May so you should be getting yours soon as well.
Another question. Did you have a historical claim? I don't have one of those either. I have talked to people who never had two claims but they say they had a historical claim.
Yes I had two claims, two popped up in work in progress section of ebenefits, then the day my ratings where done one of the claims went to historical and the other stayed in the work in progress section but the status changed to under review.
Hello!! I had two claims. One said IDES and the other was my additional claims. The IDES claim just moved to historical claims and labeled as closed, while the other claim is still in open claims as preparation for decision. I got a call from my MSC today and she told my proposed ratings are done, so I went to ebenefits and this is when I saw that my claim had moved to closed with my dependents underneath!
Do anybody know when I should hear from my PEBLO on what my ratings are?
Well talked to ombudsman, MSC, PEBLO, and IDES coordinator all of which say the VA should move on without the documents they are asking for but I talked to the VA yesterday and they said they are waiting. This documentation is a test that was never conducted and they have been asking for it for about 3 months now and when the due date comes up they just put a new one on there. So IDK what to do anymore.
so i just talked to the VA and the lady couldn't tell me why i had a second claim opened (12 may 2016) that states only one of my conditions "lower back pain" which is now under review. the initial claim submitted during beginning of medboard 31 Dec 2016 now says as of 31 May 2016 preparation for decision with all my conditions and now as of 12 may 16 all my dependents. 11 may 16 was the day my unfit memo was sent to VA to request ratings. All of this popped up on 31 May 2016.....i don't know what to do or to ask. neither claim is closed and my peblo says there is nothing she can see that's wrong and the ebenefits ppl have no answer...am i missing something? I dont want to be sitting here wasting time just to find out there is something else i need to send, sign, or attend.
No man I took the 20%, my wife was medically retired from the Army back in 08 and currently is a GS13 and we have Blue Cross from her work as well, so Tricare isn't must have for me. I did the calculations and figured if I appeal the rating and maybe get 30%, it won't increase my overall payout, so I thought it would be wiser to take the lumpsome which is combat related and the 3,371 a month from the VA. Not to mention I start my job on the 13th and it pays 103,000 a year. So I'm good lol
@EustisSgt210 I wouldn't worry, but I will say that it is very possible that the VA is missing documents. I was held up for 2 months because the VA was waiting on a hearing test that was done in January. I called my MSC and she emailed the VA to inquire what the hold up was. Next thing I know my proposed ratings were done and now I'm waiting for my PEBLO to call me. So I would just talk to you MSC and ask them to look into it because you think something is not adding up!!
