Did you contact the VA or how do you know that VA has not receive your stuff? Usually, after you have been found unfit, you case moves to VA for rating and in your own case, it is too early to know if the VA has receive it or not. Just my opinion.
I dont know if you are right or wrong, but I can tell you that things here at Ft Drum do not seem to move at the same pace or in the same way that I have seen and read about them going at other installations. I am sure there is a policy somewhere that says what is supposed to happen, and hopefully someone on here can shine some light for you. I am just letting you know that I feel your pain...hope that helps
I am also @ Drum, but your like 2 weeks ahead of me. I got my Unfit Memo on 12Aug2016 and it changed my status on Ebenefits from Pending Decision Approval to Gathering Evidence. Also the status is now Initial review completed. So Im not sure if the VA's got my stuff or not. Can I get that VA phone # so I can contact them if they got my stuff, ThanksHey guys,
Unfit memo was completed 1 August 2016 and the VA still has not received anything. I am currently at Drum. Has anyone seen this before? BTW, this entire process here has been a complete nightmare.

Apparently not here...once you are found unfit, case goes straight to va.
I understand and I appreciate the confidence but I am at 41 days from NARSUM and still no movement. That makes it pretty difficult to remain calm and patient. lol.Just to give you an update on my recent Ft Drum experience. From when I signed my Narsum to getting my ratings from my PEBLO was 47 days. I know that all cases are different and what not, but I signed NARSUM on 5 JUL, Unfit memo complete 18 JUL, ratings complete on 4 AUG (in ebenefits), got 199 and ratings from PEBLO 22 AUG. It was to the point that my wife was getting all agitated so I called the VA and they were able to tell me that my ratings had been done and sent to my PEBLO...the next day my PEBLO called me to sign my 199. Looks like most of our timelines up here are at least within the same ballpark, so keep the hope alive. You are almost there.
