My PEBLO is now telling me that the timeline for the PEB to make a fitness determination and for the VA to send back the ratings will collectively be 3 months. After reading others cases, nobody else's has taken that long. I'm curious is it because I'm stationed in Germany or is my PEBLO just giving me a worst case scenario timeline?

I'm also going through the process here in Germany. I was supposed to sign my NARSUM yesterday but they forgot to get one signature so I'm waiting to get mine back. But I've heard the same timelines

Same thing happened with me, I went to go sign my NARSUM one day and then had to go back a few days later because they didn’t notice a signature was missing
 
Currently going through it here in Germany as well.
My NARSUM was sent to the PEB on 07 OCT and I had my Unfit for Duty memo back from the PEB on Oct 15. It would take 3 months for ratings after that and I received my ratings on Nov. 21, just waiting on the LOR now. I hope that gives y'all a little insight! Best of luck!

If you don't mind me asking (so I ask lol) how many claims did you have? Just wondering if that has anything to do with the amount of time it takes to get your ratings back.

No worries, I had 12 claims, whether or not that had any bearing on the VA timeline, I couldn't tell you!

7 Jan - Got notice the VA finished my ratings, case back at PEB for final adjudication.
Literally just waiting on the PEB and I’ll be on my way out the door!

How many claims did you have? I signed my NARSUM 19NOV and still don't have my ratings back.
 
I got my unfit 12DEC and still waiting

So I called my PEBLO and asked if it was true my case was closed on with the VA. She said yes and then she said she could give me estimated ratings. Now I don’t know how accurate it is but she was very sure about the Medical retirement...but we shall see!!

21 Jan - 199 finished but PEB still hasn't released it into the distro for me to sign off on it yet. Given estimated ratings of 20% DoD, 100% VA

Was informed that once I sign the 199, the case goes back to the PEB once again and they'll write up the LOR which should take a maximum of 2 weeks, then I'll begin out processing.
