I am in the same boat too. Did they give you unfit decision because your informal PEB is done? So you are just waiting on PEB findings DA 199.
From what I have heard, Army is averaging 30-40 days for DA 199.So you should have your results in a week or two.
I’ve had ALL ratings since Nov...and they started “typing” my 199 Dec 21...my 199 was completed Friday the 19th and put in my documents but my Peblo can’t touch it until someone at the PEB officially drops it in her inbox...definitely wasn’t 30 days in my experience... I’m getting into the 75-80 day mark. What makes it worse is that my peblo can see the 199 but I can’t have it...
Wonder of wonders, just got my 199 today. 100% VA, 20% Army. Appealing for more Army since I got a further diagnosis of a cervical spine issue this yesterday. Tight timelines but so glad I have something in hand at least.

Just a FYI. The Formal PEB can't change percentages. So if your condition is worse you need to do a VARR from the VA to reevaluate that condition.
Got the call yesterday, my appeal is scheduled for May 6 via Adobe video conference.
Were you able to decline to wait until appeal could be in person for your FPEB? Thinking that may be a good way for some people to delay the process if they are close to hitting their 20 years.
No, but I also am not in that position so I’m not entirely sure if it’s even option.
